Ordering

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment verification. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Where Do You Ship To?

We currently ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom. Shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Please note: At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders are processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Will I need to pay any tariffs or extra fees for US orders?

US tariffs are already included in our prices. You’ll also see this clearly noted at checkout, and there will be no additional fees required upon delivery.

All duties and tariffs are fully covered by us.

Shipping

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times vary by location:

  • Ontario/Quebec: 2-3 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of Canada: 5-7 business days after dispatch.
  • US: 2-7 business days after dispatch.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Canada: A flat shipping fee of $7.95 CAD applies. Free shipping on orders over $49 CAD.
  • U.S.: A flat shipping fee of $7.95 USD applies. Free shipping on orders over $49 USD.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Unfortunately, we do not offer in-store pickup at this time. All orders must be shipped to the provided address.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping address before completing the order. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@wulihome.ca.

Returns & Refunds

What Is Your Return Policy?

We only accept returns and issue refunds for items that arrive damaged during transit or have quality issues. If your order is damaged or has a defect, please contact us with photos, and we’ll assist you right away.

What if my ceramic item arrives damaged or imperfect?

If your item arrives broken or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will happily arrange a replacement or a refund.

Please note that small black dots, tiny pinholes, or slight glaze variations are natural characteristics of handmade ceramics and are not considered defects. These details are unavoidable and do not affect the safety or usability of the item.

How Long Does It Take to Process a Refund?

Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 3-5 business days and returned to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

Gift Wrapping

Is gift wrapping free?

Yes! Complimentary gift wrapping is available on eligible Wuli Home products at no extra cost.

How do I add gift wrapping?

Simply enable the gift wrapping option on eligible product pages before checkout.

Can I send a gift directly to someone?

Absolutely! Many customers send Wuli Home gifts directly to friends and family for birthdays, holidays, and special moments.

Will my order be wrapped before shipping?

Yes, eligible products are carefully wrapped before shipment to make gifting extra special.

Ceramic Care

Are ceramic mugs, bowls, and plates microwave safe?

Many of our ceramic pieces are suitable for everyday use. Please check individual product pages for care instructions and microwave recommendations.

Are your ceramics dishwasher safe?

Care instructions may vary by product. We recommend checking product details and gentle washing when possible to preserve hand-painted details and finishes.

How should I care for hand-painted ceramics?

To help preserve colors and cute details, gentle washing and careful handling are recommended whenever possible.

Are small glaze marks, black dots, or tiny pinholes normal?

Yes it is normal. Slight glaze variations, tiny pinholes, or small black dots can naturally occur in handmade or handcrafted ceramics. These small details are part of the ceramic-making process and do not affect safety or everyday usability.
