Refund policy
We want you to have a happy experience with Wuli Home, and we’re always here to help if something isn’t right.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can take a look. Once confirmed, you can choose one of the following:
- A full refund to your original payment method
- A replacement item sent to you at no extra cost, with no return required
For orders shipped outside Canada and the United States, we are unable to offer replacement shipments for damaged items due to the high cost and complexity of international shipping. In these cases, a full refund will be issued once the damage is confirmed.
Please note: Once an order has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for damage that occurs after delivery.
Returns and Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges, as many of our products are fragile and may be easily damaged during transit.
If your item arrives with any quality concerns, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to help with a replacement or refund.
Please note:
- Slight variations such as small black dots, pinholes, or minor glaze differences are natural characteristics of ceramic production and are not considered defects.
- We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for issues caused by improper use or handling.
