Shipping policy
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to Canada, the US mainland and the United Kingdom.
Please note:
- At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) due to high shipping costs.
- We’re unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
- All prices for US orders already include applicable tariffs, so no additional fees will be charged upon delivery.
- Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Processing and Dispatch
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Please note: Orders with gift wrapping may take an additional 1-2 business days to process.

Canada & United States
- Flat shipping fee: $7.95 (CAD or USD, based on your location)
- Free shipping on orders over $49
United Kingdom
- Flat shipping fee: £8.95
- Free shipping on orders over £49
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by location:
- Ontario/Quebec: 2-3 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of Canada: 4-7 business days after dispatch.
- United States:
Eastern US: Estimated 2-4 business days after dispatch.
Western US: Estimated 4-8 business days after dispatch. - United Kingdom: Estimated 7-12 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to track your shipment.
Shipping Carriers
We use a variety of trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery.
- Within Canada, orders are typically shipped via Intelcom or Canada Post, depending on the delivery location.
- For US orders, we usually ship with USPS. Larger or oversized packages may be shipped via UPS.
- For international orders, shipments may be handled by international postal carriers or third-party logistics partners depending on the destination and package size.
Please note: Shipping carriers may vary depending on your location and the size of your order. We’re unable to accommodate specific carrier requests, as each shipment is arranged based on what works best for reliable delivery.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package appears to be lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.
Please note: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend checking with your local carrier or neighbours first.
Customs & Import Fees
For orders shipped outside Canada and the United States, customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or carrier handling fees may apply upon arrival depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer before delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delivery issues. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
